By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must not use the Platform.

2. About the Platform

FullStackInterview is an online learning and exam preparation platform that provides study materials, practice questions, practice tests, explanations, and related educational content for certification and examination preparation. The Platform may expand over time to include additional courses, exams, and features.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You may use the Platform only if you can form a legally binding agreement under applicable law. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms of Use, you may use the Platform for your personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable educational use. You must not:

5. Educational Purpose Only

The Platform is provided for educational and study support purposes only. FullStackInterview does not guarantee that use of the Platform will result in passing any examination, obtaining any certification, or achieving any particular outcome. Your success depends on many factors outside our control, including your own preparation and the official examination provider’s standards and scoring.

6. No Affiliation with Exam Providers

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, FullStackInterview is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any certification body, exam provider, or trademark owner. All product names, exam names, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

The Platform and its contents, including but not limited to text, question banks, explanations, designs, branding, graphics, layouts, logos, software, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to FullStackInterview and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms of Use, no part of the Platform may be copied, modified, distributed, displayed, published, transmitted, or otherwise used without prior written permission.

8. User Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, feedback, or recommendations about the Platform, you agree that we may use them without any obligation to compensate you, acknowledge you, or keep them confidential, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Free and Future Paid Features

The Platform may offer free features, and additional paid plans or premium features may be introduced in the future. We reserve the right to change, add, remove, limit, or condition any feature, plan, or access level at any time. If paid features are added later, additional billing or subscription terms may apply.

10. Availability and Platform Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or events outside our control.

11. Accuracy of Content

We aim to provide useful, accurate, and up-to-date educational content. However, we do not warrant that all content will always be complete, accurate, current, or free from errors. Certification providers may update exam objectives, technologies, services, terminology, and question styles over time, and Platform content may not immediately reflect every such change.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FullStackInterview and its owners, operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms of Use will be limited to the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FullStackInterview and its owners, operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, expenses, and fees arising out of or related to your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms of Use, or infringement of any rights of another person or entity.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use, created risk for the Platform or its users, or if suspension or termination is otherwise necessary for security, operational, or legal reasons.

16. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction from which the Platform is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles. You should update this section if you want to name a specific governing law and forum before public launch.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms of Use are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
